Gina came to Moscow in May of 1994, three days after graduating from the University of Oklahoma. After completing her Masters of Public Administration from the University of Idaho, Gina spends her time working with and for businesses. From directing the University of Idaho Business Technology Incubator to leading and supporting the Moscow Chamber of Commerce, and now in her current role as Executive Director of the Partnership for Economic Prosperity, Gina continues to build the local entrepreneurial ecosystem through her business expansion, retention and recruitment work. Gina was appointed in June 2016 by Mayor Lambert to fill the vacancy by Dan Carscallen. She was elected to a four-year term in November 2017.
