Function

The City of Moscow's Human Resources Department is responsible for employee recruitment and hiring for all City departments.

Mission Statement

To keep the "human" in Human Resources; to assist in providing a safe, productive and positive work environment through training, coaching, trust and mutual respect for one another; to provide leadership and commitment of a diverse culture in employment of women, minorities and the disabled; to take a proactive rather than reactive stand on Human Resource issues that will affect the City in the coming years.
