Daycare Facility and Provider Requirements
The City of Moscow is committed to meeting the public's interest and expectation that local daycare facilities meet high quality standards. As such, the City has several regulations in place that are more stringent than the requirements mandated by the State. These additional requirements include that all daycare staff must be CPR and First Aid certified, more frequent background checks for all employees, a stricter caregiver to child ratio standard, stricter guidelines for immunization requirements, and higher building code standards for facilities.
