Public Art
In the spring of 2004, the City of Moscow passed City Ordinance No. 2004-30 which supports public art through a dedication of one percent (1%) of the total cost of all funded Capital Improvement Projects, when appropriate, to facilitate the inclusion of art in public places. This Public Arts Ordinance adds beauty to public places, enhances the quality of life for Moscow citizens, and promotes tourism to Moscow.
