The Community Development Department combines all operations related to zoning (see Moscow Zoning Ordinance); planning (see Moscow Comprehensive Plan); and construction permitting and inspection (see Moscow Construction Regulations .pdf). If you have questions about City fees and permits, contact the Building Department to find out about local requirements and fast-tracking procedures.
