INVITATION TO BID
The City of Moscow, Idaho is accepting sealed bids at the City Clerk’s office, third floor of City Hall 206 East Third Street, P.O. Box 9203, Moscow, Idaho, 83843 until 2:00 p.m., prevailing local time, January 21, with the bid opening at 2:10 p.m. in the Council Chambers, second floor of City Hall, for the following:

TRADE IN: 1992 FORD F-800 SINGLE AXLE 10’ DUMP TRUCK WITH WESTERN 10’ SNOW PLOW, VIN: 1FDYK84A5NVA09748 (219)
The bid form, bidding instructions, contract documents, general and special instructions, drawings and specifications are available at City Hall, Moscow, Idaho.
The bids will be publicly opened and then referred to the City Council for review and awarding of the bid. A bidder may be present at the opening of the bids.
All bids shall be presented under sealed cover to the City Clerk with a concise statement marked on the outside thereof generally identifying the bid. Each bid must be accompanied by security in the form of cash, certified check, bid bond, cashier's check or other security specifically approved of by the City in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. This security will be held until the successful bidder has, within ten (10) days from the date of notification of award of contract, executed the contract. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract, the amount of the bidder's security shall be forfeited to the City. Every bidder shall be licensed by the State of Idaho as a vehicle dealer or have a substantial economic presence in the State of Idaho.
The City reserves the right to select the unit that best fits the needs of the City, or to reject any and all bids.
