This project consists of improvements on various sections of existing roadways within City of Moscow by rehabilitating 32,900 square yards of roadway with a 3/8” Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal Type II followed by a Fog Seal.
Special Requirements: The City of Moscow, Idaho is accepting sealed bids to be submitted to the business office of the City Clerk, third floor, City Hall, 206 East Third Street, P.O. Box 9203, Moscow, Idaho 83843, until 2:00 p.m., prevailing local time, Tuesday, April 7, 2015.
At 2:15 p.m., on the same day, all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall Council Chambers, on the second floor of City Hall.Bid forms, bidding instructions and conditions, contract documents, plans and specifications may be obtained at the office of the City Engineer, Mann Building, 221 East Second Street, P.O. Box 9203, Moscow, Idaho 83843, phone (208) 883-7034, for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 plus tax or requested electronically by contacting:

Any objections to the contents or terms of the Specifications shall be raised three (3) business days prior to bid opening or it shall be deemed to have been waived.
