The Moscow Farmers Market is a popular tradition that was established in 1976. The Saturday event celebrates local farmers, artists, craftspeople and musicians by providing them with an opportunity to interact directly with the community and its visitors. Highlights include fresh produce, meat, delicious homemade baked goods, healthy nursery plants, beautiful flowers and quality handmade crafts. The market will feature a number of events this season including live music and performances; a variety of City Commissions and organizations; the University of Idaho, College of Agricultural & Life Sciences (CALS); Chefs at the Market (the Market will host a chef cooking demonstration the last Saturday of the month featuring a wonderful tasty creation); Chess at the Market with the University of Idaho Chess Club (enjoy the game while playing with giant 25" pieces); and so much more!
