All good things must come to an end. Join us Saturday, October 28th for the final Moscow Farmers Market of the 2018 season on Main Street and in Friendship Square in downtown Moscow! The Market runs from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. May through October and features live music, fresh local produce, delicious homemade baked goods, specialty food items, healthy nursery plants, beautiful flowers, and quality handmade crafts. The first Market of the 2018 season will be Saturday, May 5, 2018!
Live Performances: Live performances at Friendship Square will be provided by Inland Harmony Chorus at 9:30 a.m. followed by AM/2 at 11:00 a.m.
Special Events: The University of Idaho, College of Agricultural & Life Sciences (CALS) will be by the clock in Friendship Square from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Visit their booth this Saturday for information about CALS research, teaching, and extension activities.
The USA Dry Pea and Lentil Council will be near Friendship Square from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Visit their booth to learn more about their programs.
The Moscow Arts Commission will be by the bus stop in Friendship Square from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Visit their booth and learn about the public art submissions for the Moscow Public Library and how to provide input to the Library Public Art Selection Committee.
The UI Chess Club will be hosting chess games on Friendship Square from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. enjoy a table game or our giant piece set.
Vendor of the Week: Redneck Seasonings from Moscow, Idaho. Product highlights include: spices, seasonings, seasoned sea salts, and jerky. Redneck Seasonings has been a vendor of the Moscow Farmers Market for 5 years.
Shop the Market with Backyard Harvest: Area families can use EBT or SNAP benefits. Visit the Shop the Market booth at the City Tent, by the fountain in Friendship Square, to receive "Market Money" which vendors will accept for approved purchases.
WIC and SFMNP: The Moscow Farmers Market is accepting State of Washington WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) and SFMNP (Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program) checks.
The Moscow Farmers Market loves all furry companions. For health and safety reasons, we ask that non-ADA service animals limit their visit to the Market to the pup-friendly path on the east or fountain side of Main Street or the south side of Fifth Street.
