The Moscow Water Department is offering free water saving devices for inside and outside the home to the citizens of Moscow. Please note that the City can only give devices to residents who obtain their water from the Moscow Water Department.
To pick up your free water conserving devices please stop by 201 North Main Street between the hours of 7 a.m.to 4 p.m.
