Fixture Rebate Program

According to statistics from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 24% of indoor water use comes from toilets.  The City of Moscow offers a toilet rebate up to $125 per toilet. Customers will need to complete a Conservation Rebate Application with supporting documents and return them to the Public Works and Services Office at 201 North Main Street or email them to nbaker@ci.moscow.id.us (if email, please only send up to two (2) attachments at one time, multiple emails are accepted).

Wisescape® Rebate Program

In Moscow, roughly 45% of annual water use takes place during the irrigation season, for outdoor uses.  To encourage water conservation outdoors, the City of Moscow offers a $150 rebate to customers who convert at least 300 square feet of irrigated lawn to a Wisescape®.

In order to receive a rebate, customers must complete a Conservation Rebate Application and arrange a site visit with City staff prior to beginning work.  Measurements and photos of the proposed area to be converted will be taken and then work can begin.  Once the conversion has been completed, City staff will need to revisit the site to confirm the conversion before a rebate check is issued.  Conservation Rebate Applications can be returned to the Public Works and Services office at 201 North Main Street or by email to nbaker@ci.moscow.id.us (if email, please only send up to two (2) attachments at one time, multiple emails are accepted).
