The Moscow Police Department's mission is to provide public safety services that are designed to fairly, efficiently, and effectively prevent crime and safeguard lives and property. To further this mission, Moscow Police Department strives to provide quality training to law enforcement entities and community partners, ensuring that citizens in Idaho and Washington receive quality services.
