Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal: Warranty

In 2016 Intermountain Slurry Seal, Inc. from Salt Lake City, Utah performed an Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal on 'D' Street from Main Street to Grant Street, Lincoln Street from 'B' Street to 'E' Street, 'E' Street from Moore Street to Garfield Street, 'F' Street from Orchard Avenue to Mountain View Road, and Sixth Street from Hayes Street to Blaine Street.

Grind & Inlay - 2017

One of the tools available to the Pavement Preservation Program is the Grind and Inlay.

Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) Projects

This project is administered by the District #2 office of the Idaho Transportation Department and consists of resurfacing most of the state highway within the Moscow City limits.

Pavement Preservation Project 2017

The goal of the annual Pavement Preservation Program is for the City of Moscow to maximize the impact that the annual pavement management repair budget will have on the quality and durability of the City streets.

Sixth & Jackson Lane Realignment Project

The project consists of realigning the eastbound turn lane on Sixth Street so that traffic passing through the intersection no longer has to shift over an entire lane width to the south in order to avoid the traffic turning left onto Jackson Street.

Southwest Sewer Trunk Line Phase V

In order to expand the capacity of the City of Moscow Sanitary Sewer system the City will be installing approximately 1,400 feet of 36 inches sewer line from the intersection of Sixth Street and Deakin Street to the north side of College Street West of Jackson Street.

Water Department & Reservoir Emergency Power

The City of Moscow water distribution system depends on the operation of electrically powered pumps to supply drinking water from the City wells to the water towers and finally to the City of Moscow residents.

Well 10 Connection

Last summer Boart-Longyear drilled 991 feet and installed the 24 inches diameter well casing for the City of Moscow Well 10 at the West edge of 'A' Street.
