A public hearing is a formal meeting to receive public testimony on a local issue or proposed government action. The complete file containing application materials and any subsequent documentation is available for public review at the Community Development Department located in the Paul Mann Building, 221 East Second Street, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The staff report and other supporting materials are typically available the Friday prior to the public hearing as part of the hearing body’s meeting packet.
