Public Hearing Notices

A public hearing is a formal meeting to receive public testimony on a local issue or proposed government action.  More information on the different types of public hearings can be found in the Moscow City Code Title 4 Chapter 10.  The formality of procedures varies with the purpose and subject of the agenda item.  Linked here is a helpful guide on what you should know about attending a public hearing.

The complete land use file containing application materials and any subsequent documentation is available for public review at Community Development located in the Haddock Building, 504 South Washington Street, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The staff report and other supporting materials are typically available the Friday prior to the public hearing as part of the hearing body's meeting packet.

Hearings not related to land use applications, such as the annual budget and fee resolution, are also listed below.  Inquires and can be directed to the City Clerk, City Hall Room 304, 206 E Third St, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
