Important Dates
- January-March: Moscow Farmers Market poster contest submissions, selection, and public voting
- mid-March: Farmspread application opens
- April 8: Annual Vendor Orientation (required for all vendors)
- May 1: Opening Day of the Moscow Farmers Market
- June: POP! Club begins at Moscow Farmers Market; 2021 POP Bucks begin to circulate and are valid until end of September
- Late June: American Farmland Trust Farmers Market Celebration voting period opens
- June 30: Farmspread application closes
- July: Where’s Waldo at the Moscow Farmers Market
- July 3: 4th of July Celebration at the Moscow Farmers Market
- July 31-August 7: National Farmers Market Week Celebration
- September: Eat Local Month
- Late September: American Farmland Trust Farmers Market Celebration voting period closes
- September 25: Final Saturday to turn in $5 POP Bucks and $2 Bicycle Benefits tokens for reimbursement for FY21.
- October 30: Final Day of the Moscow Farmers Market
- November 15: ST-124 Tax forms and sale tax payment due to the Idaho State Tax Commission
- November 17: Annual Gross Sales Reporting due to the Community Events Division
