Important Dates

  • February/March: Farmspread application opens
  • March/April: Moscow Farmers Market Poster contest
  • April 9: Annual Vendor Orientation (required for all vendors)
  • May 2: Opening day at the Moscow Farmers Market for the 2020 season CANCELLED due to COVID-19
  • June 6: Delayed opening day of the Moscow Farmers Market for the 2020 season
  • Late June: American Farmland Trust Farmers Market Celebration voting period opens
  • July: Where’s Waldo at the Moscow Farmers Market
  • July 4: 4th of July Celebration at the Moscow Farmers Market
  • July 6: Farmspread application closes; no new vendors accepted after this date
  • August 1-8: National Farmers Market Week Celebration
  • September: Eat Local Month
  • Late September: American Farmland Trust Farmers Market Celebration voting period closes
  • September 26: Final Saturday to accept POP Club Bucks for reimbursement
  • October 10: University of Idaho Homecoming (Market relocates to Jackson Street parking lot)
  • October 31: Halloween at the Moscow Farmers Market and closing day of the 2020 season 
  • November 15: ST-124 Tax forms and sale tax payment due to the Idaho State Tax Commission
  • November 18: Annual Gross Sales Reporting due to the Community Events Division
