City of Moscow Offices Open

Moscow’s City Hall, Paul Mann Building, and Public Works and Services Administration Building previously closed due to COVID-19 are now open the to the public.  Offices continue to require physical distancing and masks when physical distance can not be maintained.  City services will also continue to be offered via phone, email, or appointment. For the following services, please contact:

City Council meetings will be conducted as scheduled. Under Governor Little’s Modified Stage 3 Order, citizens may attend public meetings in person. Meetings are also live-streamed via the City of Moscow’s YouTube channel at:
