July 22, 2020 (Moscow, Idaho) -- A City of Moscow Engineering Division employee stationed at the City of Moscow Mann Building recently tested positive for COVID-19. In an abundance of caution, the Mann Building, located at 221 E Second, which houses the Engineering, Planning and Building Safety Divisions, will be closed effective 1 pm today, Jul. 22 until the building can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and is safe to be occupied.
It is anticipated the building will be reopened for employees and the public by Friday of this week. During the closure, private and public construction inspection services will continue to be provided by staff working remotely. Those needing construction permits and other services are encouraged to do so via the City's website
