Due to the rise in COVID-19 cases in the area, the additional restrictions required of the modified Stage 2 of the Idaho Rebounds Plan, the City of Moscow has moved all in-person services to phone, email, or by appointment only until further notice.

City Council meetings will be conducted as scheduled. Limitations to the gatherings' size to 10 people per event as required by Governor Little’s Modified Stage 2 Order require a staggering of citizens attendings the meetings. Staff will be on-site to provide access to meetings in keeping with the gathering limitations.
