February 16, 2021 (Moscow, Idaho) — The City of Moscow continues to monitor local COVID-19 data pertinent to Latah County. Due to relatively high average daily cases per, City services will continue to be offered via phone, email, or appointment only, continuing the suspension of in-person service through Feb. 19. All City services except for emergency services were closed on Feb. 15 for Presidents Day but resumed on Feb. 16.
