Silver & Gold opens April 15 at the
Third Street Gallery!

Spring is here and so is the newest Third Street Gallery exhibition, Silver & Gold!

Silver & Gold features work from University of Idaho Art + Design alumni and reveals their growth as artmakers. 19 Vandals from 1971 to 2020 are represented in this show. Stop by the gallery see artwork created during each artist's studies at the University of Idaho and more recent works.

Formal education in the arts is a foundation for a lifetime of evolution and experimentation. Far from being a stamp of completion, a degree is a license to pursue ongoing inquiry and the development of a life rooted in the arts.

Silver & Gold presents old and new artworks as evidence of transformation in the studio practices of Art + Design alumni.

The Third Street Gallery is located on the second and third floor of Moscow City Hall. Gallery hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. To view the online gallery, visit http://bit.ly/silverandgoldonlinegallery. Both the online and in-person gallery opens April 15 at 8 a.m.

The mission of the Moscow Arts Commission is to enrich the community by celebrating and cultivating the expression of all art forms and culture.
