City of Moscow Arts Department Call for Art

Don't miss your chance to register for Ctrl+P

This one is for you printmakers! Whether you want to create something new or pull from your past work, we invite you to participate in the upcoming juried exhibition at the Third Street Gallery.

In the 21st century, dozens of printmaking methods exist, but each one shares a common purpose: to transfer ink onto a support. Ctrl+P looks to represent the broadened scope of possibilities when it comes to the craft of printmaking. Whether woodcuts made with a hand-carved block or digital images finalized with the familiar Ctrl+P keystroke, prints of all types are connected to the long tradition of the medium.

This call for art is open to all printmakers residing in the United States. Artworks submitted for consideration will be juried by Michel Sonnichsen, printmaker and University of Idaho Art + Design professor.

For full submission requirements and to submit works for consideration, visit http://bit.ly/ctrlpexhibition. Registration is open through June 11.

The mission of the Moscow Arts Commission is to enrich the community by celebrating and cultivating the expression of all art forms and culture.
