Moscow Artwalk
You’ve heard the news that Artwalk is now monthly, so come on out to join in the fun on February 17! If you’re a literary, culinary, visual, or performing artist and would like to get involved, we’d love to promote your work through this event. Here’s how to participate as an artist:
Connect with local businesses to host your work. Once you’ve found a host location, they will handle the registration process. Need help finding a host location? Here’s a great resource to get you started on your search: https://moscowchamber.com/location. But don’t wait! Registration closes on February 8, so make your Artwalk plan now.

Vinyl Wraps
Can you believe that spring is just around the corner? That means it’s VINYL WRAP season here in beautiful Moscow, Idaho! The City of Moscow and the Moscow Arts Commission invite artists to submit designs for installation on vinyl-wrapped signal boxes. Artist materials will be accepted through February 28.

Moscow Farmers Market Poster Art
The City of Moscow Community Events Division and Farmers Market Commission invite artists to submit artwork for the 2022 Moscow Farmers Market poster. The selected submission will become the main feature and primary design element of this year’s poster.

Artrepreneur presented by Idaho Commission on the Arts
Investing in your art career is an investment in YOURSELF, so register by February 14 to participate in ICA’s My Artrepreneur Program (MAP). This art-centered business development program is taught by working artists, to help you build a sustainable life in the arts. Join the Idaho Commission on the Arts for:
- Over 40 hours of college-level instruction
- Mentorship by another professional artist
- 35 practical business tools that demystify the world of business
- Affirming the title of “artist” as a valuable profession
- Plus - MAP artists gain entry to the MAP Forum, a Facebook group connecting 400+ artists in Montana, Idaho, and other northwestern states
Stay motivated and inspired
Alumni are welcome to attend future workshops for free, to refresh their plans and connect with the next generation of MAP artists. New and returning artists learn from each other’s experience. Alumni participate in a monthly Zoom call, to stay connected to their peer group and keep motivated.
The 2022 MAP cohort meets in the Moscow, Idaho City Hall Council Chambers for 4 full-weekend workshops.

Workshop 4 – September 10 & 11
Saturday sessions are 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Sundays are 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

The Idaho Commission on the Arts offers first-come, first-served scholarships matching student dollars one-to-one, reducing your cost from $1,000 to $500. Payment plans are available, for as little at $50 per month.
