May 11, 2018 (Moscow, Idaho) -- The Moscow Parks and Recreation Department regrets the need to cancel the Moscow Rolling Hills Half Marathon due to low registrations for the event.  The event was scheduled for Sunday, May 20, 2018 in Moscow, Idaho.
