In the early morning hours of August 14, 2018, the Moscow Volunteer Fire Department responded to a report of a structure fire in the 900 block of Palouse River Drive. Upon arrival of the first units, heavy fire from one mobile home was noticed and was spreading to the two adjacent homes.
