March 22, 2019 (Moscow, Idaho) — The Highway 8 Underpass Pathway at Troy Road and Styner Avenue has been closed for public safety due to flooding. With snow melt and warmer temperatures, Paradise Creek has risen to the point that water has inundated the pathway.
The City of Moscow will continue to monitor the flooding and reopen the pathway when it is safe for the public to use and the debris can be cleaned up.
The City of Moscow would like to thank the public for their patience through this closure. For more information, please contact David Schott, Assistant Parks and Recreation Director, at (208) 883-7098 or firstname.lastname@example.org
