May 1, 2019 (Moscow, Idaho) —
Moscow Police and Fire responded to a suspected explosive device in the 400 block of North Almon Street just before 3 p.m. this afternoon in Moscow, Idaho. The device was investigated by the Spokane Bomb Squad, who confirmed the device was active, and deactivated it on site.
The threat was reported eat 2:33 p.m. this afternoon. Moscow Police and Fire personnel, as well as local FBI agents, responded immediately and secured the scene as the device was investigated. The scene has since been cleared by police and fire personnel. The investigation into this incident is ongoing and additional information will be shared as it is available.
