August 9, 2019 (Moscow, Idaho) — A permanent reversal of the one-way traffic flow on Elm Street, University Avenue, Idaho Avenue, and Ash Street located on the University of Idaho campus will begin on Sunday, August 11. New signage will be posted and the public is encouraged to proceed with caution when traveling on these streets.
In 2017 the University of Idaho submitted a request to reverse the one-way traffic on Elm Street, University Avenue, Idaho Avenue, and Ash Street. Following a successful temporary trial, conducted in 2018 by the City of Moscow and University of Idaho staff, it was determined that the proposed change was feasible.
